Shipping:

• We Ship by International Air-mail from Hong Kong and Express (EMS, DHL).
• We ship to worldwide, usually ship out within 24 hours after payment is cleared.
• Normally,
  By Airmail ,it takes 6-8 working days to Australia and 6-10 working days to USA / Canada. Also, it takes 8-10 working days to major cities of Europe and 10-12 working days to other remote cities. If ship to Italy or Eastern Europe, the delivery time may need more than 12 days.
  By Express, it takes 3-5 business days to arrive you.
• Customers who pay through Paypal please provide confirmed shipping address. We reserve the right not to ship to non-confirmed Paypal shipping address
• We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please make sure you have the correct address at checkout
• No local pickup service provided since we are online distributor only.
• When your order shipped out, the trackingNo. will be email to you.Then you can track your order on the net.

Shipped as Gift: We can mark any package as a gift, all international packages are marked as "gift" on the form of post air mail to save the high tax for you.

Returns

• You may return defective items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange .

• Restocking fee up to 5% of total price might be charged for non-defective return items.
